positions: Software Architects, Software Developers,
Web Developers and Help Desk Support.
Software Architects
We look for Software Architects who can effectively design software
solutions that solves the problems of the people. One of the
main objectives of our company is to provide users around the world with
software solutions those solve their day to day problems
and/or streamline or enhance their business processes.
The major skills for this role include, understanding
of the software designs and various programming languages
(namely VB and/or C++), effective project management and
time management, multi-tasking abilities and flexibility.
Ability to think outside the square is one of the major
skills that you should have as a Software Architect in
NMASOFT.
Software Developers
We seek software developers with solid experience on VB
and C++. We requires developers who understand n-tier
model and have fast coding skills in their expert programming
languages. You as a developer should be able to work effectively
with other co-developers as well as the architect and
you should requires the least supervision.
Web Developers
Web developers at NMASOFT drives the public image of
the company through the web. We seek web developers with
good hand coding HTML skills, Active Server Pages with
VBScript or JavaScript, and client side JavaScript is
a plus. Using Macromedia Studio MX is required. Knowledge
of optimizing file size (especially images) without losing
quality dramatically, is essential as well.
It is more preferable if you are fluent in two or more
speaking languages (both read and write) because we'll
be requiring our web site to translate into many different
languages.
Help Desk Support
This role is as important as any other roles available
at NMASOFT because it's the "whole" the drives us forward.
Help desk support personnel should be able to speak and
communicate effectively as well as have the knowledge
of IT. It is more preferable if you know a little bit
about programming and common software design structures
(although not required, as training on using, designs
and structures of our existing software will be provided
to before employing this role).
We seek for people with knowledge on different speaking
languages (although only English and Chinese are demanding at
the moment) so that they could provide support to people who lived
in different countries and speak different languages.
Nonethless, knowledge (oral and written) of English language
is required regardless of how many languages you can speak
and write, because it is the only way to communicate with
the company internally.
