Overview

With NMASOFT Printer Manager, organizations not only can fully control of their printer usages (easily and effortlessly) but also make revenue out of their printing services.

Printer Manager let administrators control the printer usage of the entire population of an organization. When Printer Manager is installed, it will automatically sense all the user and group accounts from the Windows 2000 (or later) domain controller.

After that, administrators can set balance for each user account or group account and printer usage of users are limited within that budget. When a user is reached to his or her budget, he or she will need to give more funds to reactivate their accounts.

User Policies - Users can be set to charge when they print or print freely. They can also be blocked so that they cannot print regardless of their account balance state. Plus, many other configurable options are included. Many users can follow the same policy (to reduce the administration overhead) or individual user can have a different policy.
